Bio: We are friends, spouses, learners, parents, questioners, techies, and are privileged to serve as administrators. Heidi currently serves as The Early Childhood Literacy and Programs Administrator in Lewisville ISD. Additionally, Heidi has served as an assistant principal in McKinney ISD, McKinney, TX. Before administration Heidi served as an Elementary Literacy Instructional Specialist, as well as a 2nd and 3rd grade teacher. Heidi is the co-founder of @leadupteach and #Leadupteach. Jeff is currently a middle school assistant principal for Prosper ISD in Prosper, TX. He also served as an assistant principal for Frisco ISD in Frisco, TX. He has taught 4th grade ELAR/Social Studies and 6th grade Social Studies, Robotics, and Leadership. Additionally, he is the co-founder of LeadUpNow.com and #LeadUpChat, a Bammy nominated chat dedicated to edleadership, culture, shifts, and grow for educators! We live in McKinney, Texas with our two little guys. Our boys help us to stay focused on ensuring that all kids can succeed! It's a wild ride, but one we are thankful to be on!
