We are friends, spouses, learners, parents, questioners, techies, and are privileged to serve as administrators. Heidi currently serves as The Early Childhood Literacy and Programs Administrator in Lewisville ISD. Additionally, Heidi has served as an assistant principal in McKinney ISD, McKinney, TX. Before administration Heidi served as an Elementary Literacy Instructional Specialist, as well as a 2nd and 3rd grade teacher. Heidi is the co-founder of @leadupteach and #Leadupteach. Jeff is currently a middle school assistant principal for Prosper ISD in Prosper, TX. He also served as an assistant principal for Frisco ISD in Frisco, TX. He has taught 4th grade ELAR/Social Studies and 6th grade Social Studies, Robotics, and Leadership.
